Manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy, implementing best practices and innovative approaches in service delivery. Qualifications: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a physical therapy leadership role. A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current licensure to practice physical therapy. Demonstrated experience managing a team of healthcare professionals, with a track record of fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, best practices, and relevant regulations. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using healthcare software systems.
