About the Role Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecoms Core Values. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships, continuously working to uncover customers’ needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where you will be expected to work with your team to build required skills and expertise in preparation for promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion. Responsibilities Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store. Engage in side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, actively demonstrating coverage quality, unlimited plan benefits, and inventory handling. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels, owning the customer experience, resolving issues, identifying small business leads, and fostering strong peer relationships. Maintain a positive, customer‑first attitude while delivering first‑class customer experience. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and master the skills required of a customer advocate. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. Minimum six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment. High school degree or GED; at least 18 years of age. Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs. Reliable transportation.
