ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a legislative assistant. Growing up in an insurance familymy father was an agent as wellI saw firsthand the opportunity this career offers and knew I wanted to build something of my own.

I have three adult sons, and outside of the office I enjoy staying active. Im an avid hiker and even hiked Mount Kilimanjaro last yearan experience that reflects the kind of challenge and perseverance I value both personally and professionally.

Im very involved in the community. My golden retriever and I volunteer at schools and hospitals, and I also spend time teaching English to Spanish speakers and mentoring children from single-parent homes. Giving back and making a difference is an important part of who I am.
Our agency offers health insurance after 90 days, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, external coaching, and ongoing team training. I also provide lunch during team meetings as a way to bring everyone together and stay connected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lisa Dobbs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
