Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve various essential functions tailored to the unique needs of children and families:

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations concerning health and safety standards.

• Utilize coaching models and natural learning environment methodologies to support individual learning styles and diverse developmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on infants and toddlers who present with disabilities or developmental delays. Our aim is to provide comprehensive support that nurtures their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the critical first three years of life. You will work closely with families, empowering them with strategies and techniques that maximize their child’s potential and promote a healthy home environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
