Thermoplastics Production Machine Specialist

Ready to turn raw parts into flawless products?Do you know your way around an injection molding press? Can you take a freshly molded piece, trim and deburr it to perfection, paint it to match the customer’s exact liking, and package it with confidence that it meets every specification? If so, you’ll thrive here.Your impactOperate an injection molding press with a safety-first, efficiency-driven mindset.Finish parts by trimming and deburring to meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.Paint raw product to customer preference and documented finish requirements.Confirm quality against specifications before items are packaged.Prepare and stage products for shipment.What you bringPrevious machine operator experience, ideally with plastics or related manufacturing.Hands-on skill with air tools and common hand tools.Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Clear verbal and written communication; ability to follow detailed instructions.Comfort working independently and as part of a production team.Basic Microsoft Office familiarity for simple documentation.Physical realities & scheduleStand for extended periods while operating and finishing parts.Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.Flexible work hours with overtime opportunities based on demand.Reliable transportation to maintain consistent attendance.Education & nice-to-havesHS diploma/GED preferred.Plastics industry experience preferred.If you’re detail oriented, efficient, and energized by building quality into every step—from press to package—this role is for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
