Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Confidence in handling objections and closing deals

A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to each customer’s needs

Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections

Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards

Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds trust and fosters long-term customer retention

Stay focused on achieving monthly goals

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
