The Position: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

Employment Status : Part-Time; Per Diem

Hours per two-week pay-period: 56; as needed

Compensation: $33.85 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Patient intake, assessment, and monitoring during injections and interventional procedures
• Access port-a-cath for imaging personnel to use for contrast injections
• Provide conscious sedation during interventional procedures
• Assist imaging personnel with patient preparation and IV insertion
• Prepare paperwork and documentation for imaging patients
• Assist imaging personnel and providers in emergency situations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse Program

Certifications and Licenses:

• Montana Registered Nurse License
• BLS
• ACLS Preferred
• RN Moderate/Conscious Sedation Certificate Preferred (will do training)

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Interventional Radiology RN to join our I CARE team in the Radiology setting. Essential duties of the position include patient intake, assessment, and monitoring during procedures, providing conscious sedation, and assisting imaging personnel and providers as needed.
