Speech Language Pathologist

San Diego Post Acute Center is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and develop individualized treatment plans. The role includes supervising Speech Language Pathologist Assistants during direct patient care and ensuring documentation meets policy standards. You will educate patients’ families and nursing staff for discharge preparation, participate in interdisciplinary conferences, and serve as a clinical preceptor for CFY/RFP students #J-18808-Ljbffr
