Maintain accurate documentation and case records in accordance with established processes. Participate in program meetings, training sessions, and briefings to support continuous program improvement. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in a U.S. state or territory; in good standing. Experience with administrative law, federal programs, or regulatory compliance preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and legal research skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high caseload efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain any required background investigation or suitability determination. Preferred Experience Experience working with federal agencies, particularly the Department of Education. Knowledge of administrative adjudication, appeals, or claims‑processing environments.
