Onboarding & Compliance Specialist

Aerotek

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Oklahoma City to coordinate onboarding for contractors, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent front-office service. You will manage background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify compliance while maintaining contractor data and document accuracy. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish, a customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
