TeamHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified EM physician, or will consider a board-certified family medicine/internal medicine candidate with 2+ years working experience, to join our team at Harbor Regional in Aberdeen, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while practicing in a supportive, collegial environment. Harbor Regional is a Level III, not-for-profit community hospital that consists of 150 total beds and 19 ED beds. We are averaging 24 hours of physician coverage and 12 hours of APC coverage daily that oversees an annual volume of 21,000 visits per year with a 15% admit rate. Our dedicated team sees medium to high acuity and an average of 1.8 patients per hour. During all shifts, clinicians do respond to floor codes as needed, as well as cover the fast track which features1 bed and 2 vertical chairs. Harbor Regional uses Meditech Expanse EMR and CLEO AI Scribe; full specialty support is in place for any consults that are needed throughout the shift. Position Overview
