Summary of Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Vista Bank is a fast growing community bank with branches across the state of Texas and Florida and is currently seeking a full-time Loan Processing Supervisor to assist with our growth initiatives. Working as a team player, this position will embrace Vista Bank philosophies while contributing to a friendly and cooperative working environment. This position plays a very important role for the lending team to ensure all loan documents are prepared accurately in a pleasant, friendly manner and other ancillary reporting is conducted accurately. This opportunity is excellent for a motivated professional that would enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment. Hours for this position range from 40-45 hours per week, scheduling between 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, depending on the need of the department. Salary will be commensurate with experience. As a Loan Processing Supervisor, position duties/responsibilities will include:

· Prepare a wide variety of loan documents using Laser Pro, Credit Core, and Bankpoint softwares

· File SBA 1502 reports

· Manage and process all escrowed loans

· Audit and maintain loans that are credit bureau reportable and tax reportable

· Process credit disputes

· Print and reconcile daily loan notices

· Communicate with loans officers and assistants to promote efficient workflow and establish positive working relationships

· Practice compliance with all company and banking regulations

· Identify opportunities for increase efficiency

· Assist in gathering requested information ahead of audit and exams

· Ensures compliance with all applicable company policies and banking regulations

· Other related job duties of similar scope and complexity as assigned by management

This Position requires:

· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required, college preferred

· Minimum 5+ years in Loan Operations

· Detailed knowledge of various loan document building and escrow processing

· Experience in solving practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations were

limited standardization exists

· Strong leadership skills and work ethic with highest level of confidentiality

· Great interpersonal communication skills that allow for cross department communications

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and great work ethic

· Self-motivated and well organized

· Proficiency and knowledge with personal computers including Microsoft Office software, loan

origination software, loan pipeline software, loan imaging software

· Ability to speak and hear

· Clarity of corrected vision at 20 inches or less for normal duties

· Clarity of corrected vision at 20 inches or more for security purposes

· No visible tattoos or body piercings except conservative ear piercings

· Reliable transportation

· Must meet minimum credit standards and pass a criminal background check
