Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. The chosen candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing field and possess a valid Journeyman License. They must be well-versed in all aspects of plumbing, from installing new systems to troubleshooting and repairing existing ones. This role requires a strong ability to perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work. Responsibilities: Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details and procedures. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with established codes and standards. Perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. Use power tools safely and effectively to perform job duties. Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management. Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work is in line with overall project goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing field. Must possess a valid Journeyman License. Proven experience with filling pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observing pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. Extensive knowledge of reviewing blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. Ability to perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work. Demonstrated ability to handle power tools in a safe manner. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels inside and outside the company. Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
