Customer Service and Scheduling CoordinatorAccuAir Heating & CoolingPay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime FLSA Status: Non-ExemptAccuAir Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company committed to providing dependable service and an excellent customer experience.We are looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to support our customers, technicians, installers, and office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, communicating with people, and keeping daily schedules organized.What You'll DoAnswer incoming customer calls professionally and efficientlySchedule and coordinate service and installation appointmentsCommunicate schedule changes, delays, and appointment information to customersCoordinate with technicians, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractorsSchedule inspections and outside contractors as neededCreate and maintain job files and customer recordsAssist with daily, weekly, and monthly reportsHelp keep the service calendar organized and routes running efficientlyProvide general administrative support to the office teamFollow up with customers regarding scheduling or job-related questionsWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional and friendly phone presenceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced officeStrong organizational and follow-through skillsDependable and consistent attendanceAbility to work independently while supporting a teamComfortable using maps, GPS, and scheduling toolsHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of office or administrative experiencePreferred ExperiencePrevious dispatching or scheduling experienceExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service-based businessFamiliarity with GPS or mapping softwareBilingual English/Spanish is a plusBenefitsMedical and Dental Insurance - 100% employee coveragePaid HolidaysPaid Vacation401(k) with company matchSick Leave earned at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hoursWe are looking for someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who takes pride in helping customers and supporting a busy field-service team.All candidates must apply online.
