Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant and are the first step in providing outstanding service and hospitality to our guests. The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and quality food.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Taking guest orders with accuracy
• Distributing food, beverages, and desserts to guests
• Working with a sense of urgency to ensure orders are out in a timely manner
• Keeping work area clean and stocked
• Providing excellent customer service by making emotional connections with guests
• Communicating effectively with guests, fellow team members and leadership
• Adhering to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Acting with honesty, integrity, and care that promotes the culture, values and mission of Chick-fil-A Central Riverside
• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule Requirements:

• Available to work Saturdays
• Available to work on holidays
• Availability is a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Availability given at time of hire may not be altered for 90 days
