Who We’re Looking For :

Proven track record in phone-based sales (telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or strong closing skills).

Thrives in a competitive, high-energy sales environment—you love hitting sales goals.

Past success in closing deals over the phone (this could be former outside sales reps who want off the road or telesales pros).

Loves commissions & performance-based pay—you want to be rewarded for results, not just attendance.

Sales Mindset – You know how to build urgency, handle objections, and turn hesitant customers into booked jobs.

Fast Thinker, Strong Communicator – You can adapt on the fly and control the conversation.
