Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress through detailed case notes and updates to treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to offer support, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused interventions.

• Engage actively in intake processes, collaborating with clients to identify goals and assess readiness for change.

• Facilitate sessions that empower clients in managing their mental health challenges while respecting cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Participate in weekly supervision sessions aimed at refining therapeutic skills and enhancing ethical practice.

Qualifications\n
