Community Outreach Worker

A Brief Overview The community outreach RN position is responsible for developing and coordinating community education and outreach. What You Will Do Performs all duties in a courteous and efficient manner, maintains positive relationships with all contacts and co-workers. Competencies 1-5 (40%) Coordinates/facilitates community outreach & education programs (30%) Develops community outreach initiatives to promote key service, to increase awareness and preference of entity as destination for the key services. (10%) Provides clinical expertise for Marketing & Communication strategies (10%) Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
