RN Unit Manager

Overview Six Figure Salary/ Full-Time/Excellent Benefits Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our 46-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nursing leader looking to join a highly respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a 46-bed short-term rehabilitation unit. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with all NYS Department of Health and CMS regulations. Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning. Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and resident satisfaction. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families. Qualifications Current NYS Registered Nurse License (RN). Minimum of three (3) years of nursing management or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting. Strong knowledge of Medicare, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
