Job Description VP, Group Account Director – a senior executive who works closely with clients to plan, execute, manage, and analyze their digital marketing campaigns, drive new initiatives, and maintain strong partner relationships. The role requires managing projects, timelines, cost, and tight deadlines while coordinating closely with internal departments such as Project Management, Strategy, Business Systems Analysis, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design and Development. Responsibilities Provide senior‑level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Share responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid‑to‑senior level relationships, identifying additional opportunities, and assessing risk associated with the client. Maintain financial impact on budget, target goals, and objectives for both the client and EVERSANA INTOUCH. Lead the development of integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight. Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required. Approximately 10+ years of client services, agency, digital pharmaceutical, and healthcare‑related experience required. Subject‑matter expert in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising, including new product launches. Ability to maintain revenue results from developed strategic marketing campaigns. Proven leader in fast‑paced, agile work environments. Ability to excel while wearing many hats and making fast decisions. Excellent at leading large teams and serving as a leader to cross‑functional project teams across the organization. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
