Feedstock Manufacturing Specialist

OptiMIM, a Form Technologies Company, uses state‑of‑the‑art metal injection molding (MIM) technology to create high performing small precision metal components to almost any level of complexity and at virtually any volume. Learn more about our process here: We are currently seeking to add a Feedstock Specialist to our small swing shift team. Feedstock Specialists are responsible for the handling, weighing, processing and testing of all raw materials. Specialists are expected to run multiple pieces of processing equipment simultaneously while performing other job functions. The successful candidate will be able to train on the dayshift for approximately 2 months before moving onto the swing shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform regrinding and pelletizing. - 30% Support the feedstock requirements of OptiMIM LLC. - 20% Drives the forklift. - 20% Receives & ships materials - 10% Other duties as assigned - 20%

REQUIREMENTS

One-year previous manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of basic computer skills. High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred. Previous forklift experience preferred.Good communication skills with the ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety‑related instructions and procedures given in English. Able to frequently stand and walk the production floor throughout the shift. Able to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be able to wear a respirator. Due to ITAR requirements, employees must meet the definition of a "US Person".
