Overview 24 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 03/10/2026 - 12/31/2026. The employer may require workers to operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing to farm properties, haul tools, supplies, or crops, and transport workers around farm properties during the workday. Some trips may occur on public roads to reach fields or run errands (grocery store, bank) on an as-needed basis. Not all workers are requested to drive; drivers must possess a valid operator's license. A class D license is acceptable if a driver does not possess a different license. Workers will perform fieldwork in apples production and related farm tasks as described below. Responsibilities Duties include: Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest apples. Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Till soil and apply fertilizers; transplant, weed, thin, or prune crops. Construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings. Set up and operate irrigation equipment. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil or to plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops. Pick apples for fresh marketing and/or processing. Productivity must be at least 100 bu boxes per day with care to avoid bruising. Manage fruit with bruising limits according to US standards. Handle ladder work up to 24 ft and manage buckets up to 60 lbs. Fill buckets into bulk bins with a capacity of 20 1-bushel boxes. Inform farmers or farm manager of crop progress. Clear and maintain irrigation ditches. Be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis. Qualifications & Requirements Requirements Must have a minimum of three months verifiable experience in performing the tasks described. Lifting requirement of 75 lbs. Driver requirements: some positions involve driving; a valid license is required. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Employer will provide 4 days of training to allow workers to pick a minimum of 100 bu boxes of apples per day with no more than 2% bruising. Repetitive movements and frequent stooping/bending.
