Nelson Auto Center in Fergus Falls, MN is looking for a  Full-Time Detail Specialist / Auto Detailer to join our Detail Center.  If you love cars and enjoy working with friendly co-workers all striving for the "perfect shine" on their work, then this is the position for you.

This is a hands-on automotive position responsible for cleaning, washing, and reconditioning vehicles for sale. No prior detailing experience? No problem — we provide paid training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Requirements:

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors
• Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors
• Recondition vehicles to prepare for sale
• Apply cleaning products and protective treatments
• Inspect vehicles for quality and completeness
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Move vehicles safely on dealership property

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute to work
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and rotating Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Automotive detailing experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour day shifts
• No nights
• Rotating Saturdays as needed
