Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological Disorders, Orthopedic Conditions, Pulmonary Conditions, Amputations of the Lower Extremity, Multi-trauma

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Patients participate in 3 hours of therapy daily, combination of PT, OT, & SLP (depending on rehab diagnosis). 1 Year Rehab Experience Is a Hard Stop

Return Staff Policy: 3 Months to Return as Traveler

References Required: 2 References Covering 1 Year (6 Months for CNAs) Within the Last 3 Years During the Compliance Process and Prior to Start. Can Include Charge RNs/Lead

Modules: Modules Are Non-Billable, Average 16 Hours Spent. Over 20 Hours Requires PM Approval. Modules Are Completed Pre-Start, and Annually. Time Spent on Modules Is Self-Reported, Completion Is Recorded in Workramp Transcripts
