Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem

Physical Therapist Opportunity

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Services department on a Per Diem basis. The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for the full range of physical therapy treatments and tasks. Evaluate and treat patients with various disabilities. Designs and monitors therapeutic programs to ensure safe progression toward therapeutic goals. This role is for Inpatient and Outpatient.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree. Completion of a physical therapy course approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals and the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensing.
• Current BLS certification
• Basic computer competency skills are expected for this position
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, and write a letter.

Work Shift:

• Per Diem
• 2 Shifts per month (if shifts are available)
• Monday Friday
