RN Critical Care

This position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and holiday rotation is expected. Floating to all inpatient areas is required, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg. The nurse-to-patient ratio in the ICU is 1:1 to 3, and in the Stepdown unit, the ratio is 1:4 to 5. The ICU/Stepdown mix cares for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID, TB, renal disorders, and more. This role demands strong critical thinking and assessment skills in a high-acuity environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in this dynamic setting.

Minimum 1 year experience required. License: RN. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Must-have: Critical care experience.

Start Date: 08/24/2026. End Date: 11/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly Pay: $1864 - $1962.

Shift Details: Night - 12x3 - 07PM. Scheduled Hours: 36.
