Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and assembly industry, is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Senior Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality electromechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Assembly Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $28hr

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Build products by accurately interpreting and working from schematics.
• Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of assemblies.
• Verify parts and assemblies meet drawing specifications through inspection.
• Maintain quality documentation and support ISO certification processes.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required; technical school experience is a plus.
• At least 1+ years of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
