Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the community's physical condition both inside and out Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously Document and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations Requirements Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems Experience with make-ready unit preparation Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in maintaining building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
