...Express Employment Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a great apartment complex. ***Maintenance Technician experience required***This position is Monday-Sunday working 12-hour shifts for the next three weeks. Start time begins July 27th at 9:00am with schedule to be discussed with maintenance supervisor upon first day. This will be a job with great overtime potential for the next three weeks. Job duties include but not limited to: Analyze and execute property repairs. Hot water heaters, boilers, ensuring equipment/machines are kept cleaned and maintained. Ensure grounds/property is clean and safe for residents. Plumbing/Painting/Basic appliance repairs/Must be organized and work in a timely manner/Meet deadlines/lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to use power tools/tape measure/basic carpentry/landscaping. Both indoor/outdoor work will be necessary.
