Help to maintain service department records and file accordingly. Maintain sales department needed supplies and assure that they receive their weekly and daily documents in a timely manner. Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the sitting areas for sales and service. Occasionally perform mail drop off and pick up for dealership. Sort incoming mail and send out to the appropriate departments and dealerships. Greet all incoming customers and exiting customers. The ability to work alternating Saturdays. Qualifications & Requirements A year of customer facing customer service preferred but not required. A year of receptionist experience preferred but not required. Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Ability to collaborate effectively Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Reliable transportation required.
