As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications and our company’s high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You’ll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry. We Offer Predictable Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days (15 working days a month) as a full-time associate. You Will Conduct quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse to evaluate product quality. Use measuring instruments to assess dimensions and performance criteria adherence to customer specifications. Regularly engage with associates about product conformance. Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on-the-job experiences. You Have Ability to work 6:45 pm – 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of quality control methods and approaches. Superior attention to detail. Ability to walk and stand on the production floor throughout the work shift with or without a reasonable accommodation.
