Responsibilities Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the expert. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles. Follow-up with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction and referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Qualifications Must-haves: Prior sales experience in any industry required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Easily builds relationships with our loyal and potential clients. Self-motivated and driven to achieve. Computer proficient. Desire to work as part of a team. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Valid driver’s license and meet insurability standards. Nice-to-haves: Previous VW automotive sales experience.
