Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Nashville, TN (onsite, travel required within the Nashville area, up to 2 hours away but mostly within an hour radius) Pay Range: $32 to $35 per hour What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Travel between facilities to support ongoing maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, readings, and adjustments. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification; Universal Certification preferred. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. What's in it for me?
