You’ll be working closely with a diverse student population—PreK through 12th grade—offering specialized support to around 40 students, including some who are nonverbal and utilize low-tech AAC devices. Key Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid NJDOE Certification
• School-based experience with PreK–12th preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 40 students, including nonverbal students
• Familiarity with low-tech AAC devices is desirable
• Commitment to in-person services (no teletherapy/voco)

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language services to PreK–12th grade students
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Employ augmentative and alternative communication methods where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and report on student outcomes
