Banquet Houseman Opportunity at Crystal Springs Resort

Crystal Springs Resort is actively seeking dependable and hardworking Banquet Housemen to join our growing team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, breakdown, and organization of banquet and meeting spaces to ensure exceptional events and guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, buffet stations, and event equipment for banquets, weddings, meetings, and special events
• Break down and reset banquet spaces efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage spaces
• Assist the banquet and events team with event preparation and operational needs
• Follow setup diagrams and event specifications to ensure successful execution

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds or more
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
