President of Pharmacy Services - LTC Compensation: Compensation: $175K-$200K base + 30% target bonus + potential equity/profit interests.Location: Remote Summary: Ready to build and scale pharmacies from the ground up?Our client provides pharmacy and other healthcare services to senior living communities. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a leader to build and scale their growing pharmacy operations.This is a hands-on executive leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and has a passion for building scalable operations from concept to execution. What You'll Do:• Lead pharmacy operations across multiple locations and oversee Pharmacists-in-Charge (PICs) with P&L responsibility• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and scalable operational processes• Establish operational standards and share best practices across pharmacy locations to drive consistency and economies of scale• Recruit, hire, and develop pharmacy leadership and operational teams capable of supporting expansion• Lead pharmacy startup activities, including licensing, staffing, location setup, and vendor relationships• Build partnerships with assisted living operators and community leaders• Oversee compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence across all locations• Partner with executive leadership, investors, strategic partners, and the Board to support long-term growth initiatives• Support expansion through de novo pharmacy openings and partnership opportunities, with a strategic plan to launch approximately two new pharmacies per year What We're Looking For:• PharmD or RPh preferred with active U.S. pharmacy licensure• 10+ years of pharmacy operations experience• Background in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living• Must have proven experience launching and scaling pharmacy operations and businesses from the ground up (long term care or assisted living pharmacies)• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, logistics, compliance, and operational workflows• Entrepreneurial, builder mentality with the ability to create structure in a high-growth environment• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Travel:• Approximately once per quarter, with additional travel during new location openings• Participation in trade shows and industry association events This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a pharmacy services platform from the beginning while creating meaningful impact for seniors, caregivers, and healthcare communities nationwide.Type: Direct HireCategory: HealthcareDate Posted: 2026-06-22
