About the Role We’re looking for a senior Data Scientist with strong practical experience who can take ownership of solving complex data challenges. This is a remote part-time role designed for experienced professionals who prefer flexible hours. Key Responsibilities • Build and refine machine-learning models and statistical approaches for business use-cases. • Work with large data sets to generate insights and actionable recommendations. • Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate models into business processes. • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-makers. • Review and optimize existing models for performance and accuracy. • Maintain high standards for data quality and security. Required Skills • 9-12 years of experience in data science and applied machine learning. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong grasp of data modeling, feature engineering, and deployment practices. • Experience with big-data tools (Spark, Hadoop, or similar). • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
