Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in setup and operation of CNC and manual machines, precision measurement, and blueprint interpretation and a proven ability to produce quality parts to specification while meeting safety, quality, and throughput targets .

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to work orders and prints.
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and GD&T symbols.
Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic edits to ensure part conformity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with CNC machining or manual machining, including setup and operation.
Ability to use precision measurement tools and interpret GD&T.
Sound communication and teamwork abilities with focus on safety and quality.
2+ years of machining experience or equivalent training.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CNC programming or conversational controls.
Background in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
