Epiq Counsel is looking for an experienced Senior International Corporate Governance & Entity Management Paralegal to oversee global subsidiary management and compliance. This is a fully remote position that requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in corporate governance and international subsidiary management. The ideal candidate will manage entity maintenance, liaise with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
