Description Millstone Creek Orchards is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Ramseur. This full-time, hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of our hospitality-driven orchard experience. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will connect with guests, support our retail and event operations, and help deliver the warm, memorable experiences our visitors have come to love. In this entry-level role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and care that define Millstone Creek Orchards. From assisting with guest inquiries and orders to supporting seasonal events and farm stand operations, you'll work alongside a collaborative team that values initiative, positivity, and genuine hospitality. We offer a competitive salary range of $43,500 - $49,800 per year, along with a supportive work environment that encourages growth and professional development in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, and orchard events Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our point-of-sale system Coordinate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests Support seasonal events, including apple picking, festivals, and group visits Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area Document customer feedback and assist in resolving any issues or concerns Assist with scheduling and confirming reservations for tours and private events Collaborate with the hospitality team to improve service quality and guest satisfaction Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and record keeping Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or customer service training is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during peak seasons Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak harvest and event seasons Passion for hospitality, local agriculture, and community engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr Millstone Creek Orchards
