IT Systems Integration Specialist I

$25 - $35 per hour

Labcorp seeks an IT Systems Integration Specialist I to support laboratory operations and IT infrastructure at the Raritan, New Jersey facility. This full-time, third-shift position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting systems, and assisting with implementations for laboratory equipment and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between laboratory operations and IT teams for technical coordination
Provide onsite support for system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting in lab facilities
Conduct hardware and software validation, testing, and post-implementation stabilization
Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, scanners, and lab equipment
Support user account provisioning, asset inventory management, and incident investigation

Requirements

Associate's Degree
1+ years experience in laboratory environment
1+ years experience in IT support or infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
HIPAA compliance and confidentiality understanding
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and on-call support

Compensation: $25/hr to $35/hr
