Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse on a 13-week local contract in Glenwood, Minnesota. Provide comprehensive care in a long-term care or geriatric setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and documenting patient progress. Earn competitive pay and benefits while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and family members on health management, discharge instructions, and personalized care strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
• CPR certification
• BLS certification
• HIPAA compliance
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or geriatric setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong patient care abilities
