Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access activities and customer service needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points, with attention to changing conditions across the location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
• Support order at the location by following post instructions, reporting hazards and policy violations, and assisting with traffic, visitor, and/or delivery coordination when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
