Are you looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can work from home and help clients plan memorable travel experiences?
We're seeking motivated individuals with strong customer service and communication skills to assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, and other travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and professional development are provided.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
- Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
- Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
- Maintain accurate booking information and client records
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Work independently while receiving ongoing team support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
