Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Job Summary University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors, Inc. is currently seeking an individual for a full-time position as a Mechanical Senior Project Manager located in the San Diego area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Preferred Education and/or Experience Proven project management skills with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager with full mechanical contracting or related construction firms. Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial related projects. Minimum 5 years of preconstruction/design‑assist experience. Proven experience in management of healthcare, data center, lab, higher education and semi‑conductor projects. Contract value range of $15M-200M. Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering preferred. Experience working with job sites in healthcare is preferred. Computer Skills Able to effectively operate the following computer software programs Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Viewpoint Note: This is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description on any individual employee’s job content.
