Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer

Location: Summerville, South Carolina

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a specialized unit that focuses on maternal and fetal care, using advanced imaging technology to provide essential services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Perform ultrasound examinations with high precision using Voluson E10 equipment.
Ensure adherence to protocols for quality imaging and patient safety.
Maintain accurate documentation using Viewpoint and Meditech systems.
Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes and care quality.
Manage patient flow efficiently to uphold day-to-day operational objectives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current certification in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) required.
OBGYN Certification preferred.
Fetal Echocardiography Certification required.
NTQR certified for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone preferred.
CLEAR certified for Cervical Length Specialty Certification highly preferred within 3 years of hire.
Current BLS certification required.
