Product Application Specialist

A family-owned biopharmaceutical company based in Belgium is looking for a Product Application Specialist to support continued growth across North and South Germany. For nearly 25 years, the company has been dedicated to advancing innovative skin and wound-healing solutions with a strong market presence across Europe and Asia and operations in more than 40 countries worldwide, the organisation has established itself as a trusted leader in chronic wound and skin care. There expertise lies in creating advanced treatments based on recombinant enzyme technology, specifically designed to address the challenges of chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, and severe burns. This proprietary technology works by modulating inflammation and eliminating micro-organisms, an essential advancement for effective chronic wound care. As Product Application Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering clinical education and supporting healthcare professionals across North Germany and South Germany. Key Responsibilities: Deliver product training, hands‑on education, and in-field guidance to healthcare professionals Provide engaging online and face‑to‑face training sessions Develop educational materials aligned with healthcare quality and regulatory standards Act as the regional clinical expert for application-related questions Partner with sales teams to support product adoption and account development Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders Share customer and market insights with internal stakeholders Experience: Nursing, paramedical, or equivalent clinical background Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry Strong knowledge of wound care, skin care, or tissue viability Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness and growth mindset Fluent in German with good English skills Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the region What’s on Offer: Opportunity to join an innovative and growing international organisation Collaborative and entrepreneurial working culture Bonus: Up to 6%, paid annually 14 euros a day for food or drink 30 days holiday plus the week between Christmas new year paid time off Parking costs reimbursed Meaningful role supporting improved patient outcomes in wound care.
