Manager Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager Trainee to join our convenience store chain in Piedmont, SC. This entry-level position is designed to develop future store managers by providing hands-on experience in store operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Learn and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Support and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Analyze sales data and assist in developing strategies to improve store performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong interest in retail management and leadership development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
