NICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for our neonate patients in a fast-paced, critical care environment. This position will involve floating between units and requires skilled management of complex patient needs in alignment with guidelines and best practices. The unit operates under a 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Night 4x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends are required on a variable basis.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients' health status regularly.
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans for neonates.
• Provide education and support to families regarding treatment and care procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in Washington or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Skills in the administration of medications, neonatal care, and critical monitoring methods.
