Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements
- 2+ years of shipping and warehouse logistics experience
- Strong experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Familiarity with major shipping platforms (FedEx required)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and process outbound shipments per repair orders, internal requests, and shipping instructions
- Pack materials according to industry shipping standards (ATA 300 or similar)
- Perform shipping transactions using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred)
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using carrier software (FedEx required; UPS/DHL a plus)
- Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups
- Track, trace, and update shipment status; proactively communicate delays or issues
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
